Office Meeting

Service Description

Our Office Meetings provide an opportunity for whānau to meet with a member of the Kiwi Iti team to discuss any matters relating to their tamariki, enrolment, or their experience with our service. These meetings may be used to discuss enrolment information, attendance, fees, policies and procedures, wellbeing, learning and development, behaviour, transitions, concerns, or any other matters that may require a more focused kōrero. We value open and respectful communication and encourage whānau to raise questions, share information, or discuss anything they feel is important. Our goal is to work in partnership with whānau to ensure tamariki are safe, supported, settled and able to thrive at Kiwi Iti. Where appropriate, office meetings may also be used to develop shared plans, clarify expectations, identify additional support, or agree on next steps. Our door is always open for a kōrero.
