New Whānau Induction Meeting

Service Description

We are excited to welcome you and your whānau to Kiwi Iti Early Learning Centre. Our new enrolment induction is an opportunity for you to become familiar with our centre, our people, and the way we work alongside whānau to support your tamariki. During the induction, we will share important information about our daily routines, programme, policies and procedures, health and safety, communication, attendance, fees, and emergency processes. We will also talk about how we support your child’s individual needs, interests, learning and development. We value strong, respectful relationships with whānau and believe that you know your child best. We encourage open communication and welcome your knowledge, aspirations, culture, language and experiences as an important part of your child’s learning journey. You will have the opportunity to meet key members of our teaching team, ask questions, share information about your child, and become familiar with our environment and expectations. We will also discuss how we can support your child’s settling-in process and transition into the centre, ensuring they feel safe, secure, valued and connected. At Kiwi Iti, we strive to create a place where tamariki can learn through play, build meaningful relationships, develop confidence and feel a strong sense of belonging.
